Q1: What makes Lili Mini products special?
A: At Lili Mini, we source premium essentials for Women, Men and Home Decor Categories.  All our pieces are thoughtfully made from high-quality, breathable materials built for play, comfort, and style.

Q2: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from our fulfillment centers in the US and EU to ensure fast delivery and smooth cross-border shopping.


Orders & Shipping

Q3: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to most countries in the US, EU, and select global regions. At checkout, your shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be calculated based on your location.  Your tracking details will be sent to you once your order is confirmed and dispatched.

Q4: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders typically arrive within - note that we work with multiple suppliers and these may be extended in case of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

USA: 3–5 business days

Europe: 4–6 business days

Rest of World: 7–10 business days
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.


Returns & Exchanges

Q5: Can I return or exchange my item?
A: Absolutely. We offer 14-day hassle-free returns on unused items in original condition. Please visit our Returns Center or contact our support team to initiate the process.

Q6: What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
A: We’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right including a replacement or refund.

Q7: How do I care for my Lili Mini garments?
A: All our clothes are machine washable on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to preserve quality and shape. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach.

Q8: How do your sizes run?
A: Our sizing is based on standard US and EU sizing. You can refer to our Size Guide on each product page for detailed measurements.

A: Yes, as far as possible we source from sustainable suppliers as sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We source responsibly, minimize waste, and focus on quality over quantity for lasting, mindful fashion.
